  Terribly expensive. Suites on the highway side are really noisey, ambulance, fire and police vehicles roar by there with sirens blazing on a daily basis. Lots of heavy traffic in general. There's also an intersection right there, so lots of stop and start traffic and exhaust fumes. There's also a railway line on the other side of the building, train is loud. Rents are pretty high, much the same as a mortgage payment !!! There's a huge amount of people living in this building. Saw one guy listening to music and getting drunk on his balcony deck and yelling down to people in the parking lot. Management didn't seem concerned. Police were also there dealing with some woman whose roommate was in some kind of trouble (I overheard the conversation). This place made me go "hmmm..." I think there are better deals in Nanaimo if you look around a bit.
